We are looking for a HR generalist to join our HR team and assist us in implementing variety of HR programs. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge in HR functions specially recruitment and selection, training and development, employee engagement and communication.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding process
• Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
• Review Podro existing communications channels and improve them by recommending the best channels
• Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue
• Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization
• Plans training courses sessions, manages and monitors the assigned training budget
• Assist in improving job satisfaction
• Proven work experience in HR field
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment (experience in start-up companies would be a plus)
