Job Description

Executive Assistant Report directly to the CEO, he or she gives executive support in a direct working relationship. The Executive Assistant acts as the key point of contact for internal and external clients on all matters related to the office of the CEO. He or She also serves as a link to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant should have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.


•Plan for the CEO's daily tasks such as: business meetings and announcing appointments, calls, checking business messages and emails.

•Accompanying the CEO in meetings and appointments 

•Manage Meetings; carrying out the necessary coordination and information for meetings within the company, such as: meetings of board members, managers and other business meetings, take meetings minutes and follow up on actions of the meetings.

•Manage incoming calls, upon request act as the point of contact among managers, clients and other external partners

•Manage and format information for internal and external communication - emails, presentations.

•Collect business data, analyze and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly financial and KPI reports 

•Assist for preparing market research and market survey projects

•Announce all regulations and policies, new internal laws and executive decisions of the CEO to all departments.

•Ability to prepare high-level letters/emails for governmental orgs, investor communications and strategic partners


  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
