Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager who will supervise, track and evaluate general accounting operations. He or She will also manage and motivate accounting team members in order to improve performance. The responsibility of the accounting manager is to ensure the accounting operations are in line with local and corporate requirements.

We expect the candidate to have an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards and also have experience in managing accountants.

Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate trial balance

·      Preparing Financial Statement

·      Perform advanced accounting functions, requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting methods, principles, and practices.

·      Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions, and correct problems.

·      Prepare monthly reconciliation

·      Responsible for routine accounting activities

·      Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, balance collection

·      Filing Tax declarations

Requirement:

·      At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

·      At least 10 years of experience, 3 years in a management role

·      Advance Excel Skill

·       Strong understanding of accounting standards and related tax laws

·      General team leading skill

·      Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

·      Good command of communication, teamwork, problem-solving and time management skills
